Why sublimation
Color that's part of the fabric
Screen printing and heat-pressed vinyl put a layer on top of the fabric. Sublimation works differently. Your design is printed with special dye inks, then heat and pressure bond that dye into the fabric's fibers.
The result: the color becomes part of the jersey itself. There's nothing sitting on top to crack, peel or weigh it down.
Won't crack or peel
The color is dyed into the fabric, not layered on top. Logos, names and numbers stay put, wash after wash.
Light and breathable
There's no heavy print layer, so jerseys stay as light and breathable as the fabric they're made from, even on a hot tournament day.

Full color, edge to edge. Gradients, patterns, logos and every player's name and number, all in your team colors.

Logo files or design ideas
Send your logo if you have one. Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf) are ideal, but any clear image is a fine place to start. No logo? Share your ideas or a look you like.

Your main colors and any accents. Color codes help if you have them. If not, a photo of your logo or current uniform works too.
Your roster
Each player's number and size, plus names if you want them. We'll send a size chart so families can check fit before you finalize.
Quantities
How many of each piece, from jerseys and shorts to pinnies and warm-ups. Remember your coaches, and a few extras if you'll need them.
Your need-by date
When you need uniforms in hand, usually your first game. We'll count back from it and confirm your dates in the quote.

When do the 8 weeks start?
On the day you approve your final design and roster. The quote, design and proof all happen before that. Your quote confirms the exact dates for your order.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the item and the sport. Your quote confirms the minimum for your order before anything is made.
How much do custom uniforms cost?
It depends on the items, quantities and design. We don't post set prices for custom work. Your quote lays out the pricing for your order.
How does sizing work?
We'll send you a size chart so players and families can check sizes before you approve your roster. Sizes are part of what you sign off on at week 0, so it's worth getting them right.
Can you rush an order?
Ask us. Our turnaround is 8 weeks from design approval. If your date is closer than that, tell us when you need them and we'll let you know honestly what's possible. We can't promise a rush, so the safest plan is to start early.
Can we reorder or add players later?
Ask us. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm the options and timing in a new quote.
Do I need a finished design?
No. Choose "I need design help" on the form and share your colors and ideas. We'll put together a digital proof for you to review and revise.
Can every player have their own name and number?
Yes. Names and numbers are part of the design, so each one is dyed right into the fabric. Just include them on your roster.
